Wearing the right Bra size

Recent research suggests that a high percentage of girls are wearing the wrong bra size.

If you are ready to buy your first bra or if your breast size has changed, wearing the correct bra size ensures that you are comfortable throughout the day and you do not constricted. Luckily many shops that stock bras, provide bra fitting services (ask at the customers services desk.)

Below is a simple guide to show you what bra size you could be. But as mentioned earlier, make use of the bra fitting services available in several departmental stores.
